HOHNES ROAD PLAYHOUSE SCHOOL HOLIDAY STAY AND PLAY MONDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER 2025
Please complete the below form and payment if you would like to enrol in the school holiday session for Monday the 29th of September 2025. All participants will take responsibility for the cleaning and packing up of all play areas and equipment at the end of the session. If you or your child are unwell you must stay home and not attend the playgroup session.
